Items that are not in stock cannot be purchased via the webshop. Just call your personal sales assistant. He or she will be able to provide you with more information on when the item will again be in stock and place a back order if possible.

Make sure you are logged out. Click on 'Sign up' at the top of the menu. In the next screen, click on 'Forgot password' below the 'Login' button. Enter the email address you normally use to log in and click on 'Request email'. You will receive an email to reset your password.

When a product is no longer in stock, the order button is blocked. That button also says ‘out of stock’. The amount of stock is displayed on the article page below the ‘put in cart’ button.

Yes, the items remain in the cart automatically for 30 days.
