How it's made
Galvanized sheet steel, which we call zinc, is used in these products. This material is processed in different ways, depending on the desired result. The techniques mostly used are cutting, folding, brazing, and punching. The seams are treated with a silicone to make them waterproof.
By way of immersion baths the items are coloured while keeping its steel look, colours can vary from grey to red copper. Other colouring methods are poder coating or hand painting, which is very labour intensive but creates beaufitul designs.
